2. Pay by Interac e-transfer
Check out and follow the instructions to pay by Interac e-transfer. This helps us keep costs low for our vendors by avoiding credit card transaction fees.
3. Book a pick-up time
Schedule a date to pick up your order from us in Vancouver’s Chinatown. Don’t worry, you’ll have a 3-hour pick-up window (we just want to have an idea of when you’re coming)!
You will receive an email (after the e-transfer is processed) asking you to book a pick-up date between November 16 to December 19 during these hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Thursday 4:00 pm – 6:45 pm
- Saturday 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
4. Pick up your order
Drop by the Sun Wah Centre at 268 Keefer Street in Chinatown during your chosen date.
Text or call us when you arrive. We will meet you outside the front entrance of the building to deliver your order safely.

STAYING SAFE DURING COVID-19
We follow strict safety guidelines, including staying at least 2 metres apart, the use of masks and face shields, and frequent hand washing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently do not offer any shipping or delivery options. United Aunties is run by working parents who are caring for a toddler, so we’re not able to dedicate extra time to packaging and shipping. We hope to have more time (and energy) to offer shipping options in the future!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We only accept payment by Interac e-transfer. We do not accept cash, cheque, or credit cards (due to high transaction fees).
RETURNS & DEFECTS
All sales are final. Items sold by United Aunties are on consignment, which means we hold onto the product for the artist/artisan (vendor) until it is sold. If there is any damage to your order due to faults in design or construction, we will put you directly in touch with the vendor to discuss a return or exchange.
